Use:
It is the equipments that can granulate thermoplastic film and the
film which is less then 2 mm thickness .directly . it can granulate
soft PVC, PE,PP,PS, other thermoplastic waste and film, as well as
the waste of EPS.
Characteristic
Scraps are minced into pieces soon after thrown into the machine
barrel and then minced by its rotary blade and fixing blade. The
minced material or slice flows along the barrel under the function
of eccentric force of the rotary knife disk. The materials turn up
and down under the function of gravity, they are moving from the
four sides to the center of the barrel. A large amount of friction
heat, produced by the friction among the materials themselves under
high speed and the friction between the barrel wall and blades,
makes the temperature of the materials rise to semi-plasticization.
They adhere to each other, and form into small agglomerations.
Before the materials are agglomerated, spray the pre-prepared
ration water into the materials. The hot materials encountered with
cold water gasify rapidly, and their surface heat is carried away.
In this way, their surface cools rapidly to prevent them from
agglomerating. At last, they can be minced into granules (granules
of irregular shape and size) with the mincing function of rotary
blade and fixing blade. During the mincing, appropriate paints can
be added to color as per the demand.
The granulated materials produced by this machine can be used
directly for the extruder and injecting machine. For the more
rigorous products, they can be extruded through the granulator and
then plasticized, and used after they are granulated.
